I've been glued to phones, apps, and everything tech since I can remember — but Tech & Rewards specifically grew out of 8 years of testing iOS features, chasing down which reward apps actually pay out, and getting frustrated by how much bad advice exists online about both.
That frustration is basically why this site exists. Search "best reward apps" and you'll find ten articles copying the same list, half of them promoting apps that don't pay or barely do. Search an iPhone tip and you'll get instructions written for an iOS version from three years ago. I wanted a place that actually gets it right — tested, current, and honest about the downsides too.

Tech & Rewards covers three main things:
- iPhone & iOS tips — settings, features, and fixes that actually work on the current iOS version, not outdated screenshots from years ago
- App reviews — honest breakdowns of apps I've actually used, including the parts that annoyed me
- Reward & cashback apps — which ones genuinely pay, how long it realistically takes, and which ones to skip entirely
How I Work
Every post here starts from a real question or a real app I've tried — not just a keyword I'm trying to rank for. When I mention a specific app, price, or payout amount, I've either used it myself or verified the numbers directly rather than repeating whatever the last article said. If something's a scam or a waste of time, I'll say so, even if it means fewer affiliate links.
Some posts on this site include sponsored offers or affiliate links, always clearly labeled. That never changes my recommendation of what actually works — if an app isn't worth your time, no sponsorship changes that.
